Starting January 18th at 12 noon, we will be pouring a bounty of incredible rare stouts on draught and from the bottle. We’ll keep pouring them all weekend until they’re gone. Due to how limited the initial line up will be, you might want to get here early. First come, first served – no tickets.

Cigar City Brewing Marshal Zhukov’s Double Envelopment – This double barrel version of Marshal Zhukov’s Russian Imperial Stout combines a rum barrel-aged version and a sherry barrel-aged version to create a complex and nearly impenetrable Imperial Stout of epic proportions. Special El Catador Club release only.
Destihl Brewery Dosvidanya Rye- Like a Russian Matryoshka or ‘nesting’ doll, the secret of Dosvidanya Russian Imperial Stout lies locked deep within her dark, mysterious and elaborate wooden layers. The hidden soul of this oak rye whiskey barrel-aged beer that we said Dosvidanya (goodbye) to several months before revealing, is its rich, robust and roasty maltiness that finishes dry with pleasant spiciness from the barrel & added rye.
De Struise Brouwers Black Albert 2009 – Belgian Royal Stout brewed as a tribute to Ebenezer’s Pub.
Brasserie Dieu du Ciel Bourbon Barrel-Aged Péché Mortel – Péché Mortel is an intensely black and dense stout in which coffee is infused during the brewing process. The result is a strong beer where prominent roasted flavours coalesce with a powerful taste of coffee. Once fermentation is complete, the beer is aged several months in bourbon oak barrels, which imparts some vanilla and woody aromas as well as bourbon flavours.

Holy Mountain Brewing Midnight Still 2018 – Our barrel blended Imperial Stout. The 2018 version incorporates stock of Imperial Stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 18 months, 12 months, and 9 months.
Jester King Brewery/ 18th Street Brewery Multifarious – We took the classic, comforting texture and aroma of oatmeal stout, added a different dimension with smoked malt, and let it slowly evolve through mixed culture fermentation with native yeast and bacteria.
Lawson’s Finest Liquids Apple Brandy Barrel-Aged Maple Fayston Imperial Stout – Brewed with loads of roasted and black malts and a hefty dose of Vermont maple syrup, then aged in American Oak Apple Brandy barrels.

Liquid Riot Bottling Company Straight to Black:Out (Single Malt) NITRO – Rich Imperial Stout aged in our own Liquid Riot Old Port Single Malt Whiskey barrels, served on nitrogen.
Modern Times Beer/ Horus Aged Ales Doomhawk – This collab with Horus Aged Ales is a massively decadent imperial stout which we loaded with mountainous heaps of coconut and 5 different vanilla varietals. Mexican, Madagascar, Ugandan, Tahitian, and Indonesian vanilla, to be exact. It’s a soaring symphony of dessert flavors that enchants the palate and warms the cockles.
North Coast Brewing Company Bourbon Barrel-Aged Old Rasputin XXI 2018 – We aged special batches of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey barrels for the XXI release. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin.
Other Half Brewing Company Deep Orbit Vega – Deep Orbit is back and this time we crushed it with Oreo cookies. So yeah, it tastes like Oreos dunked in imperial stout.
Oxbow Brewing Company Max Tun – A Belgian-style imperial stout aged in rye whiskey barrels. Produced in collaboration with Brad Clark formerly of Jackie O’s Brewery of Athens, Ohio.

Stoneface Brewing Co. 2016 Buffalo Trace Barrel-Aged RIS – Barrel characteristics prevail in this vintage, providing substantial wood and vanilla over a Bourbon backbone.
Gueuzerie Tilquin / Brasserie Artisanale De Rulles Stout Rullquin – Stout Rullquin is obtained from a blending of 7/8 of Rulles Brune (Stout de Gaume) and 1/8 of a blend of 1 year old lambics, which has matured for 8 months on oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented for 6 months in the bottle.
Gueuzerie Tilquin/ Brasserie Artisanale de Rulles Mûre Rullquin – Stout Rullquin with fermented frozen blackberries at a rate of 260 gr per liter.
Trillium Brewing Company/Bellwoods Brewery/Evil Twin Brewing Nanaimo – Nanaimo draws its inspiration from the no bake, classic Canadian confection: a triple layer bar with a graham cracker-coconut crumble base, a vanilla custard cream icing center, and a chocolate ganache top. We captured these elements by adding 750 pounds of Graham Cracker to the mash along with lactose, and then conditioned the beer on coconut, vanilla, and chocolate.
Transient Artisan Ales Kentuckley – Imperial stout with vanilla, Tugboat coffee and Michigan maple syrup, aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 12 months.
